 * What’s the best way to update the plugin without losing my settings or data?
I’m not getting any notices to update and I’m way back on version 1.13.0.5.
 * I looked around the site and couldn’t find any instructions…maybe i’m blind!

 * Are you able to see any update notices from plugins hosted here on WordPress.
org? Sounds like you have either a connection issue between your server and WordPress.
org, or something else going on (maybe some custom code or another plugin) preventing
   you from getting automatic updates?
 * All of the automatic update functions for plugins hosted here on WordPress.org
are handle by the core WordPress code, so us developers don’t have to do anything
other than upload our newest versions to this site and make sure the version
numbers are properly updated and tagged.
 * So, any issues you are having with not being able to do automatic updates are
not directly related to my plugin.
 * However, it’s very easy to download and manually update the plugin. You can do
it ONE of the two following ways:
 * 1. Unzip the file on your local system and then upload and overwrite the existing
files for this plugin in your plugins directory on your WordPress site, using
FTP. Then just deactivate and reactivate the plugin to update the database to
the newest version (several database fields were added for new features).
 * 2. Uninstall & delete the current plugin, and then manually upload the downloaded
file via the Add Plugin page on your site. Or, if you are able to connect to
WordPress.org, you can delete the old one, and then just search for the plugin
again on the Add New Plugin page on your site, and it should find it here and
   let you install that way.
 * Either way, you won’t lose any settings or any existing sheets and signup data.

 * I will try the manual update via the zip file. Thanks!!
 * I do get update notices for plugins but I don’t know if they are hosted on WordPress.
   org or elsewhere.
