 * From the plugin description is unclear what this plugin really does, exspecially
since the functionailly is splittet in sub-plugins. There should be a link to
any official extension plugins like webp-uploads.
 * One thing the plugin seems to do is extend WP_Cache. Please add a clear description
which caches are used, Opcache, Browser Cache, Page Cache, …

 * Thanks for opening a support topic [@wpdynamics](https://wordpress.org/support/users/wpdynamics/).
While there are links to the individual modules/plugins within the Performance
Lab dashboard, you make a good point on adding a link and improving on the description
within the plugins WordPress repository. I’ll pass this feedback on to the team
and see if we can improve this.

 * Independently, without any additional plugins activated, the plugin mainly provides
various opportunities’ for performance improvements, by adding these as flags
to a users Site Health status (Tools > Site Health). The plugin is also an official
WordPress team plugin, meaning many new features may start out here, before making
   their way to WordPress core.
 * With regards your query on extending WP_Cache, the plugin does anything specifically
with a users caching environment other than adding flags to a users Site Health
status, such as a mention whether a persistant object cache is used. You’ll find
all related flags by looking for the “Performance” label when checking your Site
   Health status.

 * If you’re interested in learning more about the plugin, you can also reach out
in the [Core Performance Slack channel](http://wordpress.slack.com/messages/core-performance/),
or get involved on the [plugins GitHub repo](https://github.com/WordPress/performance/issues).
