 * Hi, I try upgrade plugins on my blog and both plugins show errors:
 * An error occurred while updating Akismet: Não foi possível criar o diretório./
   public_html/wp-content/plugins/akismet/
 * An error occurred while updating Jetpack por WordPress.com: Não foi possível
   criar o diretório. /public_html/wp-content/plugins/jetpack/
 * I set chmod 777 on plugins, akismet and jetpack folder and still it did not work,
   what could be happening?

 * What is your space like on your server? This could be because you have run out
   of space.

 * Did you try:

 * Even though it is a 5 year old thread doesn’t mean that it doesn’t provide a
   solution to your problem. This problem doesn’t have to do with the WordPress
   version really. I would look through that thread and try the suggestions.
 * Also you can try looking at some of these articles.
