 * No one should have to see that use a plugin for the cache of the website.

 * What I mean is that the windget showing the latest posts on the forum is not 
   updated unless you clear the cache WordPress .

 * But that seems to be an incompatibility with one of your caching plugins. Maybe
   there is an option to disable caching for widgets? You should ask the author 
   of the plugin.
