# Update problem

 * Hello,
 * I was trying to update a theme and plugins and could not manage to do that. So
   I figure out that problem is WooCommerce plugin. I disable it and after that 
   update it the rest of it. So when I tried to enable WC plugin my website was 
   down. I got this message:

 * Are you able to make a full backup of your site (database and files)? Once done,
   could you please uninstall the plugin and reinstall it? Let me know if the problem
   still persists.
 * In that case, could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You
   can find it via WooCommerce > Status.
 * Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that,
   paste it here in your response.

   you can follow a similar update process for it too:
