   1.7.2 – it has caused a fatal error and I have had to disable it

 * Thanks, is there a download for the new version? If I activate 1.7.2 to update
   it, the site will crash before i can do that.

 * You shouldn’t need to activate the plugin to update it on the Plugins page.
 * If you need to do it manually, you can download the latest by clicking the download
   link on this page: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/participants-database/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/participants-database/)
   then upload the zip file on the Plugins page. It will ask to overwrite the old
   plugin, install it and you’ll be good.

 * Sorry, I didn’t give you the right information. It’s not the Participants Database,****
   but the Participants Database Directory Tools – the update to 1.7.2 is what has
   caused the problem.
