Update problems…..

Just updated to 4.6.1 However, nothing else will update. Themes don’t work. Plugins don’t work. I had been away from my blog for a bit. When I opened up dashboard today, all of my plugins were gone. My recipes cards on my blog posts were gone. my whole shopping cart was gone. Please, I need some assistance.
