 *  I’m very new to rss and just installed your plugin which says update settings
   on every screen in WordPress. How do I fix this?

 * sorry for that. All you need is to go to plugin settings
    In main WP admin area,
   you can just go to Settings -> SB RSS Feed+ or, there should be button next to
   the message, that will take you to this setting panel.
 * Just go through the settings and change whatever you need (you may not need to
   change anything) and just hit “save settings” button.
 * After installation, plugin is using some default settings, but it is strongly
   recommended to check them and set them as you need them to be.
