 * How can I set the plugin to automatic update the feed, it seems that I have to
   update the feed manually now do I need a access token and where do I need to 
   set this if I do

 * The feed updates itself as soon as someone browses the page and the configured
   update period is reached. The access token is not needed.
 * I am currently reviewing the automatic updating. It will be more efficient with
   the upcoming release
