# Update to WordPress

 * Dashboard keeps indicating I need to update to vers 3.0.2. I believe I have 3.0.1,
   can’t actually find on site. What is the best plug in or easiest way to back 
   up current site before updating WordPress version? I believe host, Network Solutions,
   keeps back-ups but do not want to rely on this?

 * Use ftp to physically download your wordpress files to your computer
 * as for database, I use wp-db-manager it works great. Plus you can leave it installed,
   it’ll email you a copy of your DB weekly
