 * I don’t understand why in this WordPress the version is not able to update automatically
like in others, where I simply receive the message “Your site has been updated
   automatically to WordPress x.y.z.
When I get such emails, they remind me of
the necessity to go to the other website to update manually, though with just
   one click.

 * Wordpress updates are already applied automatically since several major versions
unless you use a plugin or use a corresponding entry in the wp-config.php of
your project. When the automatic update is applied, a corresponding email goes
to the admin email, unless you have disabled this through a plugin.
 * As far as I can see your project already uses the current WordPress 5.9.3. If
you don’t want automatic updates in the future, use a plugin to prevent this
or add an entry for this in the wp-config.php. Details can be found here: [https://wordpress.org/support/article/configuring-automatic-background-updates/](https://wordpress.org/support/article/configuring-automatic-background-updates/)

And here are some plugins: [https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/disable-updates/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/disable-updates/)
