Updated a plugin and crashed site.

Hello. I updated a plugin yesterday I think it was Wordfence security and it crashed my site I got the “Internal Server Error

Error message. After a day of working with my hosting (ipower) I finally at least got the site back up but nothing is working right now. I had to enable my plugins one by one and most of them crashed my site again everytime i enabled it. I also tried re-installing leaving the content folder and wpconfig file alone. I do have a complete backup of my site that was saved 5/15 at 11pm before the site crashed on 5/16 that morning but I am unable to do so. Can anyone help with this please.
