 * Every time I edit my theme .css file, I have to wait for a really long time before
   the updates will show up. Is this a glitch of the new wordpress?

 * More than likely it’s just the result of some caching mechanism. If you are not
   using a caching plugin, try clearing your browser cache after making edits and
   then revisit your page – or sometimes just a “Ctrl+F5” is enough to force a reload
   of your changes from the server without needing to clear your cache.
