 * Whenever issues crop up in WordPress it’s best to set it back to as near a default
   install as possible then retest to see if your issue remains. That said, deactivate
   all plugins as well as switch back to the default theme (Twenty Fifteen or fourteen
   will be fine) for starters. See this link for more info:
