 * Hello everyone!
 * I have some plugins deactivated on my site, for future use.
    However, I just
   realized that at the update section of WordPress (/wp-admin/update-core.php)
   it only checks and shows updates for the plugins that are enabled.
 * Is there a way to force a check for all the installed plugins, even if they are
   disabled?
 * Please let me know.
    Thanks!

 * You shouldn’t really have plugins you are not using “hanging around on the site”.
   Just imo.
 * You can be explicit in your functions file, see here :

 * I know that I shouldn’t have installed inactive plugins but I leave some for
   the time being.
    I don’t want automatic updates. I want to manually update.
 * The problem is that the udpates do not show in the update section, as I said
   in my first post and that’s what I want to change/have.

 * This is not default behaviour, so something is over-writing that.
    Do you have
   JetPack installed ? Can you share your URL?

 * No, I do not have Jetpack.
 * I will see if it’s a plugin conflict.
