# Updating Plugin – Error Message

 * I tried to update version 5.0.6 the mini orange social plugin.
    I received this
   error message.
 * Update Failed: Download failed. cURL error 6: name lookup timed out

 * Are you still facing this issue?
    Are you using the W3 Total Cache plugin? Try
   deactivating it and see if you still see this error. I would suggest you contact
   the support of W3 Total Cache for further support.
