Updating URLs

I changed my site from static ip: http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/~myblog/ to a fixed domain name: http://www.mysite.com/
I told wordpress about this change, and now i have a lot of broken links. I checked the database and still have 730 links pointing to http://xxx.xx.xx.xx/~myblog/ is there a way to repair this?
