Updating using server or dashboard?

    Hello

    I just need a small peace of information.
    Is the best way to update from the server or logging into my dashboard and updating from there?

    I’d suggest doing it through the dashboard, though it shouldn’t make a huge difference – Just click that button and let WordPress do the work for you. =) They will even prompt you if there is a database update required.

    Disclaimer: Back up your files and database before updating!

    Assuming you do it all correctly (See “Manual Updating” for reference), there should be no difference – Just convenience.

    Ok i found out that the dashboard does not backup the site but when i se installatron i have the option
