 * Hi, I had some database problems with my website and I would like to restore 
   the backup but the updraft can not make the restoration.

 * Do you see the “Delete Old Directories” button from your WordPress dashboard?
   Please can you click that button first before running a new restoration? Make
   sure you a good and complete backup copy before doing so.
