 * Hi 🙂
 * I try UpDraftPlus and wonder how I can use the “Database”, “Plugins”, “Themes”,“
   Uploads” and “Others” zips that I backed up and downloaded to my Mac. Can I use
   those zips to build up the Site locally or on another server?
   If I can, then
   how?
 * Kind Regards
   Tom Løkka

 * Hi,
 * Yes, you can use the backup to restore/migrate. Please check our guide here:
   [https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-migrate-to-a-new-site-location/](https://updraftplus.com/faqs/how-do-i-migrate-to-a-new-site-location/)

 * Hi again 🙂
 * First I did a backup on the source site and then I downloaded the zips “Database”,“
   Plugins”, “Themes”, “Uploads” and “Others” locally to my Mac.
 * See «attachment/picture» «existing-backups.gif» here: [https://www.storoien-fluefiske.no/z_tatt_ut/existing-backups.gif](https://www.storoien-fluefiske.no/z_tatt_ut/existing-backups.gif)
 * Then I installed a new fresh WordPress site on my Mac and installed UpDraftPlus
   there.
 * Then it says in the video that I should chose the same storage location that
   I did one the source site but I can not find any choice to find my backups/zips
   that I downloaded locally to my Mac.
 * I must misunderstand something here 😏
 * Kind Regards

 * Hi Tom,
 * You can upload the backup files directly to your local WP install. You should
   see an “Upload files” link in the “Backup / Restore” tab or just above the backup
   list.
 * Thanks,
