UpdraftPlus – Dropbox stalls on uplaod

    Have had no issues in the past but came to create a new back up to dropbox and the upload stalls at 0% and cycles through the countdown timer until it time out. I have read others with the same issue on the updraft forum and a google search from about 5 monts ago and all the help replies seem to be around ” Have your hosts recently updated your Curl version to 8.10.0?” I have checked and mine is 7.74.0. I tried a backup to google drive and that worked fine. Any ideas Thank you

    EDIT – I have just noticed that my website was still using an old PHP 7.4 which I have now updated to 8.1 I will test a dropbox up load now

    Hi,

    To help us work out the cause of your problem, can you please send us a copy of the full backup log?
    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab. The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Thank you for your response. I did a test with the site set to PHP 8.1 and the problem persists. In the hope that it is the first section of the log that is needed I have it here but I have edited my website out for privacy. For extra info it has been over 18 months since this attempt to back up and my last updraft/dropbox backup. Thank you

    We would need to complete log file. The first section alone is not enough information.
    Do you have the complete log file you can share? It really will help to identify any issues.
