# UpdraftPlus issues

 * For the last couple of months, I have issues with UpdraftPlus plugins. When I
   try to backup, it gives me a message ‘Waiting until scheduled time to retry because
   of errors’. I attach a link to a screenshot of what this page looks like on Dropbox

   Thank you for the information. The log file has the following error 
   message:0015.561 (0) Google Drive: ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token
   from Google (has the user authorised?)Could you please reauthorize your connection
   to the Google Drive storage?Best regards,Nick

   my connection to the Google Drive storage?

 * In the settings tab next to Google Drive, can you click “delete these settings”
   then setup your Google Drive again?
