UpdraftPlus not Backing up Database

    Hi,

    I have UpdraftPlus, it seems to be saving backing up the database. However, when I try to restore the database backup there is clearly elements/tables missing, like users, changes made within plugins and most notably the font styles on my website seem to have changed.

    Why is everything not being saved? or maybe the backup is not fully getting restored?

    Hi,

    Can you please send us full copy of the restoration log?
    You can find this log in the ‘wp-content/updraft’ directory of your site via FTP.
    You can send the log file and copy the contents into an online tool (such as http://pastebin.com/ )
