# UpDraftPlus plugin menu dissappeared

 * Usually I backup my website using UpDraftPlus free plugin installed. No problem.
   But now (maybe after an update of WP) the UpDraftPlusmenu has disappeared from
   my WP admin desk.
    If I try to add again the plugin, I got the message “Directory
   already exists” and the plugin installation is not further possible. How to manage
   such an issue? Thank you for help.

 * It seems like the update has partially failed.
 * The best solution is to manually remove ‘updraftplus’ folder via FTP from the‘
   wp-content/plugins/’ directory and then re-install.

 * I performed manually the deletion of the updraftplus folder via FTP and I was
   able to re-install the plugin. All now is right!
