UpDraftPlus problem

I am in need of either a email address or phone number or both for UpDraftPlus. I am unable to access their site as they have my IP Address blocked.

I purchased UpDraftPlus Premium last month and it works fine. Yesterday I went to check on something on their site and it said my IP Address is blocked. I know Hostgator where I host sites had a report that my IP address was reported as bad and when they checked it out they said it was a malicious report and fixed it.
