# UpDraftPlus problem

 * I am in need of either a email address or phone number or both for UpDraftPlus.
   I am unable to access their site as they have my IP Address blocked.
 * I purchased UpDraftPlus Premium last month and it works fine. Yesterday I went
   to check on something on their site and it said my IP Address is blocked. I know
   Hostgator where I host sites had a report that my IP address was reported as 
   bad and when they checked it out they said it was a malicious report and fixed
   it.

 * I was able to get my internet provider to assign me a new IP number so all is
   good.

   but your dilemma was obvious.I think they will understand the tricky situation,
