 * Hi the new UpdratPlus update is not installing it keeps saying it has failed.
   I cannot see what the problem is?

 * Apologies, we have an issue with the latest version and updating, we should be
   releasing a fix soon or you can download a fresh copy of the plugin and install
   tat.

 * Do you have a Premium subscription? If not the Premium plugin will not update.
