# Upgrade errors

 * I was using WP1.5 and tried to upgrade to 2.0. I religiously followed all the
   steps and when running upgrade.php I got:
 * Fatal error: Call to undefined function: timer_start() in /home/mbourne/public_html/
   blog/wp-admin/upgrade.php on line 5
 * Help, please.

 * Found the problem. The new wp-config (for v2) does not have these lines:
 * $server = DB_HOST;
    $loginsql = DB_USER; $passsql = DB_PASSWORD; $base = DB_NAME;
 * Once I removed those, all was well. Thanks anyway.
