 * i had a multisite wp with ‘capability manager 1.3.2’ enabled that was running
   well, but after upgrading wp to 3.5.1 i get some errors with differents plugins
 * – activating ‘capability manager 1.3.2’ report me

 * That error (and the subsequent wp-users-list-table error) indicates that an invalid
   roles array has been passed into the ‘editable_roles’ filter, which CME handles.
   Confirm that you don’t have any other code which is implementing that filter 
   incorrectly. If not, your stored roles array may have been deleted or corrupted.
   If so, you can use the Tools menu to restore a backed up copy (if applicable)
   or revert to default WP role definitions.
 * The other errors you quoted do not pertain to the current CME version.

    finally i could resolve that problem!
