# Upgrade & Loading issue

 * Hello, I purchased a theme that came with Master Slider Pro. It was working fine,
   but all the sudden it is not loading. I get a round circle that tries to load
   and it does not complete. You can see it here:

 * Since I have version 2.16, I want to try to upgrade to latest version first, 
   but there is no upgrade option.
 * I have also tried deactiviting all plugins, but it did not help resolve issue.
 * Please help me either to upgrade or fix the problem.

 * I have lost the purchase records of my theme, so I cannot get support. Could 
   I just buy your slider to get support directly?
    Also, is the license for one
   site or unlimited sites?

    Yes you can, You can buy Master Slider directly and use it in your theme
   and get support. The licence is for one site.
