   to 2.0.2 first, then upgrade again to 2.0.3?

 * As far as I know, you can upgrade straight from any previous version to any recent
   version.

 * From 1.5.x you can upgrade directly to 2.x.
    However, from 1.2 you cannot: in
   that case you need to go in steps – 1.2 to 1.5 to 2.x
