# upgrade problem

 * it all started when I accidentally deleted my wp-config.php then when I already
   fixed it and then I repaired my database (MySQL) but apparently, I checked everything
   and it’s still there. When I upgraded, it says that my blog doesn’t exist or 
   the wp is not installed at all. which is impossible, what I did was upgrade instead
   then all of my entries are gone. I reinstalled everything but still there was
   this errors on pages. even though the kubrick theme was there. I could not log
   into my account at all. Please help what went wrong? I can’t find the phpMyAdmin
   on our host. it doesnt exist and I don’t know hoe to make another database if
   ever that I delete it to restart all over again. PLease help!
