# Upload error

 * Hi,
 * I have an issue with uploading files in my form. When I’m uploading normal picture
   in .jpg/.jpeg the form has no problem with that. But when is the format in .JPG/.
   JPEG it says this: Error saving form. Upload error.
    I added .JPG/.JPEG in the
   administration, to additional formats, but the form still won’t be sent.

 * I admit I’m slightly surprised by the issue as this shouldn’t really make much
   of the difference.
 * I’ve asked our Forminator developers for advice and I (or one of my colleagues)

 * I just got more information on the issue so let me share it with you.
 * 1. It turns out to be a bug that our Forminator Team is already aware of and 
   our developers are working on a fix. I don’t have an ETA but it’s being looked
   into already.
 * 2. The issue happens if the upload field is set to “Multiple” types rather than“
   single” and to “Specific filetypes” at the same time (even if all of them are
   selected).
 * 3. A workaround appears to be to
 * – add JPG and JPEG to the “Additional filetypes” field in “Allowed filetypes”
   setting (which, I believe, you already did)
 * – and set “Upload method” to “On form submission” instead of “Ajax” (it’s also
   in “Settings” tab of Upload field settings – just make sure that you got plugin
   up to date, the current 1.14.6 release).
