# Upload error Missing Temporary file using Firefox

 * So last week we had an issue with uploading media to our media library, so I 
   added a temp folder and also added the code `define('WP_TEMP_DIR', dirname(__FILE__).'/
   wp-content/temp/');` in the wp-config file, and I thought it wasn’t working, 
   because I use firefox, and was still having the issue, so then today I noticed
   that a user was finally able to upload the files today, however when I tried 
   using firefox 74.0 64-bit, I still received the missing temporary file error 
   message, so then I tried it in IE 11, and I was able to upload the file successfully.
 * Now I don’t use IE, because I don’t like it, but I’m not sure what I need to 
   do, to be able to use Firefox and upload files without any issues, can you please
   help me with this?
