# Upload Issues – /admin-ajax.php

 * I’m using the default form, and no matter what type of file I upload, after submitting
   it goes to a blank /admin-ajax.php page. No files are appearing in the UGC, either,
   and I’ve tried varying file sizes.
 * I have permalinks set up – any idea what the issue could be?

 * I’m also having the same redirect issue, but in my case, it only DOESN’T happen
   when I try uploading a file (which I’ve made not required in the form). No matter
   if I set the form_layout to be post or post-media, if I don’t include a file,
   submitting the form redirects to /admin-ajax.php rather than my success page.
   The post is successfully submitted, but I’m not getting any admin notification
   either, and I strongly suspect the two are related.
