 * Hello,
 * I have a customer who tried to upload images in the library, but it didn’t work.
   It’s strange because in the firewall policies all the logged-in user are on the
   whitelist.
 * You can see it on the screenshot. The second IP is the IP address of his company’s
   server

 * I cannot reproduce the problem: if I select “Add all logged in users to the whitelist.”,
   log in as an “editor” user and try to upload a file, it works.
   Maybe there’s 
   a PHP session issue and your user is not whitelisted. You can follow those steps

 * I tried it at home with the customer login and the “NF” is green.
 * But when the customer tried it, the “NF” is red
