 * Hi The ‘send’ button is not active on the front end wordpress page I set up with
   the gallery upload photo shortcode.
    It worked yesterday but now it does not –
   on change.. My user tester cannot use either. what is the issue?

   <<< btw i see the form fields are not exactly under the form names for your theme.
   Will be resolved in comming update.
