Upload stopped working

The upload stopped working over the weekend after working successfully for several months. It appears that files are uploaded successfully and I get the messages that files have been sent but when I get the email there are no attachments. How do I troubleshoot this problem?

Hello @crosstherubicon ,

Can you send me a screenshot on your admin settings.(see below)

1. Contact ->Drag & Drop Upload.
2. Screenshot of you Mail tab and also Mail(2) tab settings.

Thanks for the screenshots.

I see that you checked “Send attachment as links” in settings.

Try to unchecked it and let me know if it’s working.

On Mail2 add [upload-file-995] in File Attachment field.
