Upload theme (created offline) including content

    Hi fellow WordPress friends,

    At the moment I’m having a PSD-design sliced and coded as WordPress theme which I can download in a few days. After downloading I want to be able do complete the website offline (content-wise) via localhost. After I’m completely finished, I want to register a domain name, install WordPress and upload the theme including all of the content. Is that possible? If so, how can I do that?

    I hope someone can help me out here. Thanks in advance!
