# Upload Timeout

 * On one of my sites the plugin will import the csv successfully but when I try
   to upload it, it just says:
   Timeout. Please try to upload again.This happens 
   even when I download and import the default ILJ template without making changes,
   how do I fix this? I have it on other sites and the same sheet I’m using works
   fine.

 * This could be due to the file being large that it hits the server limits. What
   I would suggest is to cut the import file into smaller files or you can try to
   increase max_execution timer and memory limit of the server in the settings.
