Uploaded Image Media Title

This plugin is great and makes my job a lot easier, however there is 1 thing I was wondering if it was possible.

I need to associate the uploaded image to the name/email submitted somehow. I would like the Media Title to be the submitted name, and the description to have the email if at all possible. At the moment the media title is just the file name.

Is this possible, or is this something I should find another solution for?
