 * Hello,
 * I want to generate an order form on our WordPress-website (own template). For
   this I installed and activated the Uploadify Integration Plugin for WordPress.
 * My Problem is that there is no “Shortcode Generator” in the admin area as it’s
   mentioned in the readme. I’ve no idea about how to create a form with the uploadify
   script and appreciate any help.
