# Uploading/ changing document problem

 * I guess this is after the last update… I cant upload/ change or move documents.
   When clicking the buttons the popups appear half on the left but are grayed out.
 * I tried it with IE, Chrome and Edge. Same problem. Disabling third party addons
   won’t work. Help!

 * there was only minor changes made to the ui on the last update… the only change
   made was to remove a font class from the css file.
 * Can you roll back to the previous version and see if the problem is persists.

 * I rolled back to 3.6.16 finally (I am sure this version worked). This did not
   solve the problem… Could there be a conflict with another plugin? This is a new
   site and I installed some new plugins after mdocs…

 * That is the first place I would check. Disable all other plugins and try again.

 * I have found the issue is related to the [Gallery Bank](https://nl.wordpress.org/plugins/gallery-bank/)
   plugin. After disabling the gallery mDocs works again.
 * Problem is I don’t want to drop one of both fine plugins 🙁
 * I’ll also make a ticket at the Gallery Bank developers site.

 * I downloaded gallery bank light, and I am not see any issue. Are you using the
   pro version?
