Uploading files

    I’m a new user and I’m trying to upload images. This is the error message I keep getting.

    Can anyone help?

    Unable to create directory /var/www/vhosts/clubadventist.org/httpdocs/wordpress/wp-content/blogs.dir/4/files/. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    You’ll need to change folder permissions.

    I’ve tried accessing my files via ftp client but I can’t get access to the server.

    Obviously I have a user name and password. I may be specifying the wrong host. Can I tell who my host is from the error message? Sorry if that is a dumb question.
