Uploading images issue

    For months now, when I upload a jpeg to the Media Library, one of two things happens, neither good.

    1) It seems to upload, indicates 100% upload but when I look in the Library, there is no thumbnail. If i try to edit, the image appears. If i try to view, there is no image, just the file name.

    2) The upload progresses, looks like it will finish and there is a red letter message saying sorry, there was an error. please try again later.

    Please help. I have a lot of photos to upload and am taking it personally.

    Hey there,

    Have you tried disabling all plugins and checking to see if the problem persists?

    Sometimes plugins can cause issues, if it does fix the image uploading issue then begin by turning each plugin on one by one to see which was causing errors.

    I’d also recommend as well to try a different browser, and to clear browser cache/history as this can also create issues.

    Let me know if any of that has helped or if we need to troubleshoot further.
