# UPS GROUND PROBLEM

 * Hello,
 * I am having a serious problem with your premium plugin. It will only display 
   UPS next and and 2 day. I can’t get any other options to show up.
 * The debug file has a 0 value for the monetary value. Please get back to me thanks.

 * Our plugin displays only those services which are returned by the UPS API.
    In
   your case, only UPS Next day and 2 day may be returned because only these services
   might be available from UPS side. To check that, kindly go to UPS price calculator
   and verify this : [https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US](https://wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/request?loc=en_US)
 * Also, kindly check that you have enabled all the services in the settings page.
 * If you are still not able to understand this, please enable the debug option 
   in plugin settings page and then try to place an order in the cart/checkout page.
   You will be able to see the request and response info in the cart page. Just 
   copy that send it to us so that we can check it.
 * NOTE : Make sure that you remove all the account specific information from the
   request as this is a public forum.
