# Uptimerobot.com, GTMetrix are blocked when enabling Cache SSL (https) requests

 * Hello, i have well configured W3 Total Cache in my website, everything goes fine
   until i active the option Cache SSL (https) requests under Page Cache / General,
   when i enable it, the uptimerobot.com is blocked, im getting this massage:

   The monitor HANNA México ([https://www.hannainst.com.mx](https://www.hannainst.com.mx))
   is currently DOWN **(HTTP 403 – Forbidden). **
 * Also if i try to scan my site with gtmetrix.com is blocked, im getting Analysis
   Error
    The page returned an error: 403 Forbidden
 * If i **_disable _**the Cache SSL (https) requests option, uptimerobot.com and
   gtmetrix.com can access again to my site.
 * Any ideas why is this?
