URL is strange

    hi, i was looking on internet and saw this at one of my product ”Ter vervanging van Hörmann veer L701 – Entrietec” the name Entrietec at the end is not wright, its my webshop name and I didn’t fill it in. I tried to change it with permalinks but it’s still there. I see it at all my products. I don’t now if it comes WordPress or woo commerce, I also saw it in Rank Math SEO on the shop. how can I change this?

    I’m a little unsure what exactly you’re referring to. So I took a screenshot:

    The part marked in red is the page title. It has nothing to do with the URL. Without an SEO plugin, it is composed of the site title and website name. SEO plugins such as Rank Math can further influence it.

    The part marked in blue is the URL. The name you mentioned is not visible at the end of the URL. I don’t see it in other URLs in the shop either. My guess is that you are not referring to the URL at all, but to the page title.

    If you want to customize it, you can do so in various places, also using Rank Math:

    Hi thanks for the answer, I made an screenshot where there are 2 products of my shop, at the end there is the word ”-Entrietec”. I did not filled in the word Entrietec, only the product name. I would like to remove it but don’t know where to look. I don’t know if it’s WordPress, WooCommerce or Rank Math.

    As described above, this is the website name that is added to the page title. Please refer to the tips above to change this.

    Hi! Thanks for showing a screenshot in the search result from the search engine. It does seems that you have the meta title set on your Rankmath to have – Entrietec. I was able to confirm that by checking the page source on one of your products:

    <title>Looprol, kort, RVS as en lager – Entrietec</title>
    <meta property=”og:title” content=”Looprol, kort, RVS as en lager – Entrietec” />

    I believe you should have the option to change that with your RankMath plugin.

    Hi everyone, thanks for the information. I have changed it in Rank Math and now it looks good. everybody thanks you for the quick help and answers.
