# URL Redirection in WordPress

 * i just moved my site blogger to wordpress and every thing was fine. but i found
   that in the url bar if i enter some thing at the end of the url then i will get
   an 404 error
    eg. [http://www.gadgetsmaniac4u.com/2013/03/can-apple-iphone6-handle-samsung-galaxy-s4.html](http://www.gadgetsmaniac4u.com/2013/03/can-apple-iphone6-handle-samsung-galaxy-s4.html)
   will work fine but [http://www.gadgetsmaniac4u.com/2013/03/can-apple-iphone6-handle-samsung-galaxy-s4.html?m=1](http://www.gadgetsmaniac4u.com/2013/03/can-apple-iphone6-handle-samsung-galaxy-s4.html?m=1)
 * leads to a 404 error. But ?m=0 and ?m=1 is for mobile view in blogger. so it 
   is causing around 414 errors in Google Webmaster crawler. i just want to know
   how can i fix this.
 * i just want to trim every thing after .html in my url. is there any way from 
   which i can do this. or any redirecting script????

 * Well, in wordpress, that HTML file doesn’t actually exist. It’s permalinked for
   SEO.
 * As such, you can’t pass arguments or parameters to it…because it doesn’t really
   exist. So if you do, wordpress says: “Nope, don’t know what that page is” and
   gives you a 404.
