- Dashboard → Plugin Settings → General
- Dashboard → Plugin Settings → Open Graph
- A sample post’s settings

We’ve tested the issue on our side, and everything seems to be working as expected. This looks like a site-specific issue.
It seems that your site’s robots may not be functioning properly, which could be causing the Facebook debugger to return that error.
We recommend contacting your hosting provider and sharing the issue details with them. They should be able to help you resolve this.

Thank you very much for your help, I’ve contacted the server support then. Once I manage to resolve the issue, I’ll leave the solution for future reference, as others might encounter the same problem too.
